How to be happy?? More of What makes you happy? The answer to it peruse your memories and then your face brightens just about good times. But science has some interesting thing to say about making yourself happy....sort of a ritual.

1. Write
in detail about one positive experience in your life everyday
2. Meditate - Focus
on your breath and observe it 'go in and out' for two minutes
3. Write three things you are grateful for, first thing in the morning
3. Write three things you are grateful for, first thing in the morning
4. Write
a few kind words to your friends or family
5. Indulge
in a cardio activity for good 15 minutes, everyday
23-minutes.
That is all you need to transform your life around. And most of these
activities don’t even require you getting up except for exercising
but come on, no one has achieved anything from being lazy anyway.
